Witham Wharf is the prestigious £26m redevelopment of a ten-storey office building near Brayford Pool in the heart of Lincoln. The range provides an extremely contemporary finish specifically designed for modern city living and offers an aesthetically pleasing style with a screwless appearance that compliment the cool, sophisticated feel of the development.
With prices in the range £155,000 - £350,000, the apartments and penthouses are fitted to the highest specification, including surround sound systems with control units that match GET’s Rocca range. Rocca frames and modules can be installed separately from the decorative plate; this means that first and second fix decorating can be done before attaching the decorative plate, therefore preventing the possibility of damage. Redecoration is also easy, as the decorative plate can be removed in order to repaint without damaging the surface finish.
