GET has extended its range of Ultimate slim profile wiring accessories to now include ‘outboard’ rocker switched socket outlets that are safe and easy to use by people with visual impairments or limited dexterity.
Available in neon or standard switch versions, the positioning of the rockers on the two gang socket enables compliance in line with the Disability & Discrimination Act and Part M of the Building Regulations.
This makes operation of the socket by the elderly and partially disabled easier as well as offering increased independence and facility to people who find existing designs less easy to use.
