Marco Cable Trays
Marco’s range of tray sizes from its large-scale Anglesey based plant is available in three standard depths, 30mm, 55mm and 106mm. Manufactured to ISO9001-2000 and stocked in volume, a full range of tray widths is also available from 50mm to 600mm.
Delivered in 3m lengths as standard, the tray is available in elecro-zinc finish for the typical internal applications or the more durable hot-dipped galvanised finish for external applications. Both finishes are applied after the tray is formed and welded resulting in a high quality post –manufacture protection that is of a higher quality than the standard ‘pre-galvanised’ finish of most traditional sheet steel cable management products.
Marco wire mesh cable tray is manufactured using wires of up to 6mm that make the tray very robust and able to support loads of over 100Kg/m for the larger sizes of tray. This means that the tray is not just limited to supporting data and small control cabling, larger power cables can also be installed into this increasingly popular containment system.
