Timeguard IP66 Weathersafe vision socket
The stylish new IP66 Weathersafe Vision range from Timeguard does just what its name suggests and
gives users a clear view of the on/off status of switched equipment outdoors. This has benefits for safety and economy, as the power supply is less likely to be left on when not needed if people can actually see what is going on.
Large, clear front ‘windows’ enable users to see at a glance whether or not a supply to a Weathersafe Vision socket is switched on, if an RCD has tripped or to view the timing programme.
The comprehensive range includes single sockets, double sockets and fused spurs with or without integral RCDs, outdoor rocker switches and a unit that combines a 13A socket with a 24-hour timer.
Timeguard’s patented neoprene seals, multiple 20-mm knock-outs, lids that can be shut to maintain weatherproofing when the socket(s) is in use and a facility to padlock the lid to prevent tampering add the final touches.
