Conta-Clip Distribution Blocks
Conta-Clip have released details of their new range of distribution blocks. Direct-to-panel or DIN rail mounting, the blocks provide a secure method of connecting large incoming cables to a variety of smaller cables. All types carry UL approval and CE marking.
Manufactured from V0 material and offering IP20 class protection, the space-saving design allows blocks to be butted together for multi-phase applications. There are eight different designs in the SVB range with various incomer and output configurations ranging up to 400A rating and 185mm? cable capacity.
A typical unit is the SVB250 which accepts a 120mm2 incomer and offers connections to 2 x 35mm2, 5 x 16mm2 and 4 x 10mm2 output cables all in the same single block.
