Contactum, expanded consumer units
Contactum has expanded their range of consumer units to include Triple Split Load models. The Triple Split
Load Circuit Protection products for consumer units have been introduced in response to the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations which require some installations to have three or even four splits to minimise nuisance tripping; the products feature three RCD sections to allow for the division of circuits to achieve this.
The Triple Split Load model joins the existing Circuit Protection range for consumer units which features Dual Split Load and Split Load models. All units in the range feature a flexible configuration for optimal
combinations of RCDs, MCBs and RCBOs and come with a direct fed section for individual MCBs or RCBOs. They are available in metal with flush options and come with a full range of command and control devices.
