Moeller Electric, the xStart contactors
Reduced coil consumption, greater packing density and even better value for money are the key benefits of the new enhanced range of xStart contactors from Moeller Electric. The new sizes available are DILM15, DILM38, DILM72 and DILM170, which between them cover AC3 switching requirements from 15kW up to 90kW, 400 V.
Moeller has also added the new compact DILM570 model, rated 315 kW, 400 V, AC3, to the range, and has introduced side-mounting auxiliary contacts as well as IP2X protective terminal covers.
With electrical lifespans up to 500,000 switching operations for the DILM38 and 750,000 switching operations for the other sizes, the enhanced DILM contactors are a cost effective alternative to standard contactors in the current range.
