PRODUCT OF THE WEEK: Xpelair Premier Ultra DC2 Fans
Xpelair has extended its innovative range of energy saving ventilation solutions with the launch of the new Premier Ultra DC2 fan range.
Part of the ventilation company’s CarbonLite range, which is specifically designed to significantly reduce carbon emissions, the Premier Ultra DC2 is suitable for through the wall and ducted applications for internal bathrooms, toilets and other small rooms.
Available in two models; the LVDX200T DC2 has variable timer and speed options including constant trickle and boost. The LVDXCF20T DC2 has multiple speed settings and automatic humidity control. Both models are finished in white and are ideal for domestic bathroom and kitchen ventilation in new-build or refurbishment housing and commercial applications. The range offers installers and end-users a solution that greatly lowers energy use that is simple to install and maintain.
Featuring extra long life UltraDC motors, the DC2 range can be flush or surface mounted, with a 2-position 100mm circular spigot for rear entry or connecting to a vertical ducting system. A simple to remove front cover and clip off impeller, along with an easy fit motor cassette feature, allows for easy maintenance, cleaning and assists a quick installation.
Other key benefits are a 5-year motor guarantee and a constant trickle feature that ensures the range complies with the current building regulations for intermittent or continuous extract when installed in a wet area. Installers can also select any combination of built-in options as standard, such as active response humidity control, adjustable overrun timer and ‘Quick Visit’ delay start and pullcord Boost override.
