Power Company Continues to Expand

Fast on the heels on its merger with BORRI S.p.A, AEC Power Control, now known as BORRI, has announced the expansion of its maintenance department. In addition to undertaking the servicing of AEC and BORRI products, the company will now be looking after the maintenance of all other brands of power equipment.

Already one the country’s largest maintenance companies of power equipment, maintaining thousands of BORRI and AEC products throughout the UK, the enlarged maintenance department will be expanding the range of services it offers to customers. The department will be increasing its team of engineers and enhancing its spares holding to provide customers with improved servicing schedules and faster response times.

In addition to operating as a single point of contact for all BORRI and AEC systems, the department will be utilising its wealth of knowledge, based on16 years experience and expertise of the specialist power protection industry, to provide maintenance for all other manufacturers of UPS, Generators and Air-Conditioning service contracts. The company is now able to service everything from a single battery replacement, a one off maintenance inspection visit or a complete individually profiled support contract. Other services will include battery supply, replacement, installation and disposal as well as electrical installation, commissioning, load bank testing, hire services and relocation projects.

“After-sale support is one of the most critical factors in the selection of a power system enabling companies to benefit from maximum performance and minimal costs throughout the life-cycle of the product”, says Mark Trolley, Maintenance Manager at BORRI. “As one of the UK’s leading maintenance providers, our customers know that we offer a level of service that is unequalled in the industry”.
