Ironteam Cuts Energy Costs for Brewery Giant

InBev UK, owners of Stella Artois, Becks and Budweiser, have undertaken a major overhaul of lighting at its 55 acre brewery, canning and packaging plant in Magor, South Wales with eco₂save light fittings and lamps supplied by Ironteam Energy Solutions.

Energy savings of 55% are being achieved as a result of Ironteam’s latest generation, eco₂save induction technology to meet the energy and maintenance reduction targets set by InBev UK. The new eco₂save induction technology has also provided a major improvement in colour definition, which, in turn, has enhanced the working environment.
 
Ironteam worked in close co-operation with electrical contractors, SF Electrical of Cardiff, project engineering, design & management company, Lorien Engineering and electrical wholesalers, Newey & Eyre of Newport on this high profile project.
