Marshall-Tufflex's innovative and unique antimicrobial Bio Trunking Solutions will claim their 15 minutes of fame in November when the system features on national television.
The market-leading cable management manufacturer has joined forces with NHS247 (www.nhs247.com), an on-line and independent healthcare website, to discuss infection control for all areas within hospitals and other healthcare environments.
An integral part of the website is NHS247 TV, which tackles a wide range of issues within the health service. During the autumn it is looking at the prevention and control of hospital acquired infections, with major input from Marshall-Tufflex.
Both Jim Fletcher, Marshall-Tufflex Managing Director, and Jeremy Dodge, Head of Technical Services and Product Development, will appear in the documentary discussing the benefits of Bio Trunking Solutions, which is proven to be 99.9% effective against MRSA, E-Coli, Salmonella and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
"We are very excited about having the opportunity to talk directly to those interested and involved with the drive for infection control within the NHS," said Mr Fletcher. "It is a great opportunity to explain how Bio Trunking Solutions work, to a potential audience of millions."
The programme - entitled 'Tackling MRSA and other hospital related infections' - is scheduled to be aired on NHS247 TV, Sky (channel 166) and BBC/ITV Freesat (channel 402) on November 26.
