Heating control zones into Part L
Intelli Heat has just launched ZoneRay, a product designed to bring electric heating into line with the zoning requirements of Building Regulations Part L.
The company believes that there is no other advanced, easy fix wireless solution for controlling and programming up to six zones for both retrofit and new electric heating installations.
ZoneRay is said to be able to reduce running costs by up to 25%. Being wireless, it is also easy to install. The compact unit features a large LCD display, which can be set in a choice of three colours. The functions are user-friendly and it can either used as a hand-held, or wall-mounted, unit. A hard-wired (pilot wire) option is also available for traditionalists. ZoneRay also covers the full heating spectrum – space, under-floor, and water heating.
