The tests will be carried out within leisure centres, libraries, health centres, schools and caretakers' homes, in the first full year since royal consent created the Corporate Manslaughter Act.

The schools include the new £13.5million Addington School, which opened its doors to 194 pupils in April.

This boasts a guitar-shaped music room, hydrotherapy swimming pool, special science section, art workshop, drama classroom and medical centre.
