GreenBrook gets ahead on standards
GreenBrook has become one of the first companies in the electrical industry to achieve the new ISO9001:2008 accreditation for quality management systems. The new standard replaces the previous ISO9001:2000 accreditation, which GreenBrook has held for the past six years.
To achieve the accreditation, the company has developed a number of new procedures, quality controls and disciplines to help raise its quality management to the revised standard. It has also expanded its design and technical team to support design and testing of new products and mentor the management teams at its network of manufacturing facilities. The company will now be assessed on a three-yearly basis to ensure that it maintains its quality systems to ISO9001:2008 standards.
