In keeping with its reputation for boasting an unrivalled product portfolio, Newey & Eyre has launched a new range of Newlec industrial plugs and sockets.
Designed with flexibility and efficiency in mind, the Quick Connect range of plugs and connectors utilise screwless terminals and are suitable for a wide variety of commercial and industrial applications.
Quick to install and reusable, the range incorporates numerous features, including a two-part body design for simple wiring, self cleaning contacts and colour coded, maintenance free terminals for ease of use, helping contractors to save time and labour. As a benefit, the multigrip cable gland features across the product range and adapts effortlessly to different cable diameters, for the ultimate in easy and secure cable connections.
All Newlec industrial plugs and sockets are colour coded to provide simple identification of voltage rating: 110V yellow, 230V blue and 400V red. The range is manufactured in accordance with EN 60309-2 and has IP44 splash proof rating.

whereby customers can also choose to either modify a product from the range or have a specific socket outlet panel made to order.
