Volex wins supplier excellence award from Black and Decker
Volex Group plc, the global electrical/electronic cable assemblies and powercords group, has been awarded the Supplier Excellence Award 2009 by Black and Decker, the world's largest producer of power tools and accessories. The award recognises Volex Group's performance throughout the year and further enforces the company's growing track record of awards for superior quality and service.
The Black and Decker award was presented to Volex in recognition of its performance across four key areas: On Time Delivery; Price; Quality; and Customer Service. In particular, Black and Decker highlighted Volex's high level of quality, its cost management, and its excellent customer service communications.
