Enclosures fit the bill for incubator manufacturer
When AB Incubators needed a control box for it incubator housings, it identified Spelsberg’s TK enclosures as being the right size and colour and fitted the overall high specification of its incubator units.
The high tech incubators produced by the company are designed to help boost the chances of survival of endangered species in North America, Asia, Australasia and Africa".
Spelsberg TK enclosures have been used in incubators supplied to the Saudi Royal Family - to incubate Falcon eggs which are reared for hunting. Other incubator applications include New Zealand’s Wildlife Department, Thailand conservation projects and Adelaide Zoo.
The hand-built compact incubators are also used for zoos, conservation agencies and bird breeders in more than 50 countries and are available to incubate anything from a hummingbird egg to an ostrich egg!
The machines can also be adapted to nurture reptile eggs, and have been used in Indonesia for conservation-based research on Komodo Dragons, which can grow up to 3m long.
