SPDs meet global requirements
PD Devices has extended its range of surge protection devices (SPD's) to include a new range of Type I, Class I products which address the requirements of BS EN 62305-4:2006, ‘Code of Practice for Protection Against Lightning’ and IEC61643-11/12 the Globally accepted surge protection standards for the performance of SPD's.
The new range includes single phase 12.5kA L/N and 25kA N/E modules and the 3-phase version has 12.5kA L/N and 50kA N/E modules, offering protection against worst case scenario, as defined by the standards.
