BPT Security Systems (UK) has launched the Mitho colour, touch screen monitor which brings together video door entry and true home automation into a single, compact unit.
Mitho is available with either an integrated handset that can also be used hand free, with a sleek touch screen measuring 4.3in or as Mitho XL with a larger 7in screen. The screen can be used as a video monitor for door entry with visitor voice messaging and video digital zoom facility, as well as being able to control all the functions within the home, such as room temperature, lighting, energy efficiency control, shutter and awning automation and intruder alarm system. Mitho is versatile enough to control anything electrical.
Mitho is said to be easy to install and easier to use with its friendly navigation and colour associated functions. Scenario settings are also simple to set up, allowing the user to programme 'exit' settings, 'bedtime' settings etc which are activated in one easy step on the Mitho screen.
