Meeting photovoltaic industry needs
As a manufacturer of enclosures for the photovoltaic (PV) industry Spelsberg believes that it is well placed to support the new feed-in tariff initiative, with a range of enclosure products designed to help energy producers create efficient, renewable electricity.
In addition to its standard range of PV enclosures, such as the PV-Connection Box and Generator Isolation Housing, Spelsberg also works with clients that require customised products to ensure the ideal solution is delivered.
Every product in the PV range is subjected to a battery of tests, to evaluate more than 20 quality-related parameters, including weather resistance, UV protection and to ensure that heat dissipation is achieved especially with regards the Generator Isolation Housings. All products that pass receive the necessary certification to ensure the customer receives a fully compliant product for technical DC installations which also includes UL 94 fire protection.
