ROLEC has introduced the ‘technoBOX’ range of plastic enclosures, designed to house electronics and electrical equipment.
The range includes a bevelled lid, clean lines and easy assembly, at a competitive price, says the company.
The IP66 rated ‘technoBOX’ is fully insulated to VDE 0100, available in seven standard sizes with external dimensions from 66 x 51 x 35mm to 241 x 161 x 80mm, and is moulded in halogen-free ABS, or on request, polycarbonate. The standard colour is light grey, RAL 7035, and special colours can also be moulded on demand.
The lid is recessed to allow easy location of a membrane keypad, front panel or polycarbonate product label. All internal and external fastening points are compatible with industry standard dimensions. Internal screw pillars can be used for fitting mounting plates, PCBs and terminal assemblies and the sides can also be easily machined for cable glands.
Accessories include mounting plates, external mounting brackets, front panels, feet, lid hinges and terminal rails.
ROLEC can customise the enclosures with holes and cut-outs, silk-screen printing, if required, to provide a fully finished enclosure ready for mounting the components and assemblies.
