Ian Hunter joins Scolmore
Scolmore has announced the appointment of Ian Hunter to the position of National Sales Manager. Ian joins the company from Hager where he held the role of National Specification and Key Accounts manager for the past three years.
His responsibility with Scolmore will involve working closely with the commercial director and 16-strong sales team to deliver and exceed sales targets and he will oversee the strategic development of the key distributor and end-user market areas. With more than 30 years’ experience within the electrical industry, Ian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to bear at a time when Scolmore is looking to build on the successes achieved in recent years. He has worked across every facet of the supply chain including installer, buyer, distributor and manufacturer and has held senior sales positions within leading industry names Hager and Legrand.
