Businesses will now be able to calculate instantly the savings both in cost and carbon emissions which could be made by installing energy management products, thanks to a unique hand-held device developed by Elkay.
The carboncalc is a pocket sized tool which allows the user to calculate the current energy consumption of a room and estimate the savings that can be achieved by installing Elkay energy management products.
The user inputs the answers to a series of simple questions into the hand-held device. The carboncalc then calculates the annual energy bill and associated carbon dioxide emissions for that room. By aggregating data from each room, total values for an entire building can be quickly and easily calculated.
From the information given, the carboncalc can provide:
