CBS Premier Series UPS

CBS has made an addition to the Premier Series of UPSs with a new model range 100-160 kVA. This
range can be configured in parallel to give an N+1 or power extension up to 960 kVA by using six modules.

The Premier Series incorporates an IGBT 6 Pack Rectifier that has a reinjected THDI of <5% back into the
mains without the use of an additional Harmonic Filter. This means a reduced footprint as most Harmonic Filters are an L C Network in an additional cabinet and savings in the design of the electrical system.

• The technology is based on a 6-IGBT matrix PFC, fully digital controlled.
• Large input mains variations are tolerated without affecting the battery charge condition.
• Extended battery autonomies can be connected without increasing the recharge time by utilising a Dynamic Charging Function.
