Philips MASTERColour CDM Elite Lamps
Philips MASTERColour CDM Elite lamps are at the top of the MASTERColour range and build on the qualities that have seen the existing MASTERColour lamps gain such widespread approval in fashion retail applications. A choice of 35W or 70W versions is currently available, with a 150W lamp to follow in 2008.
All Elite lamps offer accurate colour reproduction, with a Colour Rendering Index (CRI) of 90, as well as excellent colour stability throughout their lifespan. This, together with increased levels of light output, gives a much truer representation of all colours in the spectrum, which greatly benefits customers in retail outlets. The crisp white light of Philips MASTERColour CDM Elite lamps creates a sparkling impression that also contributes to a much more pleasant ambience inside stores.
In addition, the energy efficiency of MASTERColour CDM Elite is higher than existing CDM lamps and greatly superior to halogen alternatives. The lamps also generate far less heat than halogen without compromising light quality or output levels, which invariably cuts air-conditioning costs. This, coupled with lower maintenance requirements, leads to a significantly reduced overall cost of ownership along with potential environmental and CO2 savings.
