Fire Fighting Enterprises Fireray 5000

Fire Fighting Enterprises (FFE) has introduced infrared beam detectors, and has added new features of the Fireray 5000. With its visual laser guide and subsequent motorised auto-aligning optimisation features,
installation and maintenance of the Fireray 5000 is simple, whilst the advantages of reflective beam
technology are still retained.

Reflective beam smoke detectors house the transmitter and receiver in the same unit, with the infrared
light being bounced back by a small prismatic plate on the opposite wall. This allows the coverage of a wide area by relatively few units, reducing the disruptions and costs of both installation and cabling.
