HellermannTyton has announced the launch of a range of push-in connectors, HelaCon Plus, to revolutionise the quality and performance of cable connections in electrical housing applications and OEM.
Offering a faster, easier and more reliable solution to the traditionally used screw fix connector, HelaCon Plus features an advanced double spring system, allowing electricians to simply push solid or stranded wires into a connector without the need for screws.
The low insertion force required means it takes less time and effort to do even the most complex of electrical
applications, making it particularly suitable for use in tricky installations such as when working overhead. For
optimal security, the innovative double spring technology ensures durable fixing that can be optically checked through its transparent housing. A separate voltage test entry on the front of the connector offers increased safety during application, installation and maintenance.
