Flexicon Spiral Reinforced Flexible Conduit

Flexicon has extended its range of spiral reinforced flexible conduit to include applications that also require
oil resistance and protection from higher temperatures, in addition to water resistance and torsional movement.

Manufactured in the UK, Flexicon’s FPC range is available in nominal sizes from 12mm to 63mm. Typical applications would include protection of cables within machines or other applications where there are high levels of torsional movement - such as with CCTV cameras.

The range is colour coded to identify different properties. All can be used for applications with temperatures ranging from -5ºC to 70ºC, while the new blue version can be used where a wider temperature range of between - 20ºC to 90ºC is required. The new green range denotes oil resistance and the black range is UV
resistant. The whole range is selfextinguishing in the event of a fire and provides an IP65 rating when used with MPC fittings.
