Emergi-Lite AnX Wi-free System
Emergi-Lite Safety Systems has unveiled the AnX Wi-free radio fire safety solution - a non-wired system ideal for structures where a normal cable based system is impractical. The system is also ideal for
temporary or permanent extensions to existing fire safety systems, such as to portable buildings.
The Emergi-Fire AnX Wi-free fire detection and alarm system uses radio to communicate with the detectors and alarms via an interface unit, which is loop connected to an analogue addressable fire control panel. From the radio survey, Emergi-Lite provides the installer with both a complete equipment list and a detailed scheme layout, making the installation as straightforward as possible. Commissioning of the system is a standard part of the AnX Wi-free package.
In the AnX Wi-free system the detection and alarm devices (fitted to a base equipped with radio circuitry) are sited in proximity to the loop wired interface, as indicated from a pre-mission radio survey. This interface, wired in an Anatec analogue addressable system enables each radio device to be recognised as if it were a point wired on the loop.
