JCC Lighting Fireguard MLED

With energy saving high on everyone’s priority list, JCC has expanded its range of low energy downlights with the introduction of the new Fireguard MLED. Complete with an anti-theft device and featuring the latest Philips LED lamp technology, Fireguard MLED is ideal for a wide range of applications including residential, ambient retail, commercial and hospitality projects.

Fireguard MLED is extremely energy efficient, delivering up to 80% energy savings compared to standard halogen or GLS lamps, and at 7W represents the direct equivalent of a low voltage 35W MR16. With easy installation and 40,000 hours lamp life you can simply ‘fit and forget’, as Fireguard MLED has been designed and constructed to ensure that the thermals of the LED are maintained for trouble-free operation.

Quality of light is not diminished, and the high efficacy beam provides retail outlets in particular with excellent benefits, as the lamps do not emit any harmful UV or IR, making Fireguard MLED perfect for lighting sensitive displays without damaging products. The luminaire is available in either 25 or 40 degree beam angles for maximum versatility and has excellent light quality in either warm white or cool white with a clearly defined beam spread.

The range also includes an IP65 rated Showerlight which boasts the same features and benefits as the standard Fireguard MLED, but it is suitable for zone 1 in bathroom areas. In addition, the Fireguard MLED lamp can be used with most conventional dimmers, as it has been designed to exhibit a wide range of dimming, from 10% to 100% of its light intensity.
