EEIBA forecasts that it may find it difficult to balance the books this year. The Association's tremendous traditional support through its branch network remains stable, but revenue collected through the many events held across the country, is naturally seeing a downturn.

EEIBA Chief Executive, Timothy Lambert said: "The recession is affecting people in all walks of life and is causing difficult times for many charities like EEIBA. There is no magic formula. I am not embarrassed to say that we will always have to appeal to our friends in the industry to continue to help those in need and to spread the word."
One simple way to support the charity is by joining EEIBA's Power Lottery. One lottery number costs just £1 and will give you the opportunity to win £1,000 in the monthly draw.
Buying five numbers for just £5 per month will give you five entries in the monthly draw with a first prize of £1,000 and twice a year, at no extra cost, your numbers will go into the Superdraw giving you the opportunity to win £5,000.
