NICEIC and Homebase announce partnership
Leading electrical contracting industry body NICEIC and Homebase, part of the Home Retail Group and the UK’s leading home and general merchandise retailer, have announced a partnership agreement.
By entering into this partnership, NICEIC’s technical expertise and annual assessment of electrical contractors will ensure that Homebase customers can be assured of best practice and high technical standards of installation in their home.
"Homebase offers the most accredited installations service in the UK," states Ian Jones, Retail and Distribution Director. "We believe our installation brand is perfectly aligned with the NICEIC and the partnership offers customers increased confidence when purchasing."

The partnership will be communicated in Homebase stores across the country and to NICEIC’s roll of over 25,000 electrical contractors. Homebase serves over 60 million customers per year.
