Price freeze recognises tough industry climate

In recognition of the continuing tough conditions for the electrical contracting industry, NICEIC has announced a price freeze on registration and application fees for 2010 and 2011.

Price freeze recognises tough industry climate

"In early 2008 our organisation led the industry by announcing a major price freeze," says Emma McCarthy, Chief Operating Officer, NICEIC Group. "Although the economy is at last showing signs of recovery, it’s important we support our customers through what is sure to be another challenging year, as well as continuing to provide the excellent technical support, products and services for which we are known."

The organisation made the decision to freeze its fees in recognition of its customers’ continued support and the business pressures its 25,000 registered contractors still face in 2010/11.

NICEIC is also offering a free transfer from other Part P competent persons’ schemes to its Domestic Installer Scheme, subject to conditions being met.
