Silent lights, holy lights (30 November 2011)
Having conducted a review of its lighting capabilities in light of the changing user requirements, Trinity Church in Ossett in West Yorkshire chose to install the C-Bus lighting control system from Schneider Electric. The church, which was built in the 1800s, was looking for an intelligent system that would enable a comprehensive approach to lighting control and achieve significant energy savings, without detracting from the intrinsically traditional feel of the building.

Schneider Electric has launched the latest addition to its successful Qwikline range of consumer units, the SQOSR4R4.
The new consumer unit’s dual RCD 4+4 configuration is particularly suited to smaller properties such as flats, where space is limited. This ensures smaller residential and light commercial properties can still benefit from the features of the Qwikline range without losing too much space to their consumer unit.
