NAPIT launches new PIR course for electricians (04 November 2009)
NAPIT has reported that 40% of calls dealt with by its technical support line are related to Periodic Inspections. The requirement for Periodic Inspection Reports (PIR’s) have continued to develop, with their introduction into Home Information Packs (HIP’s), which require the owners of homes for sale in the UK to declare when the property was last electrically tested.
